My friend lived here in 2303 Lakeshore a few years ago. Her apartment wasn't too bad after she fixed it up herself. A little paint, plaster and duct tape. The location was great right on the waterfront and cheap rent $650 for a 1 bedroom. The backyard was horrible with all the garbage everywhere. We called the city and made complaints but nothing was ever done about it. Today I was walking by on the waterfront trail and I could not believe it. The backyard is all cleaned up. WOW. The residents association is finally getting things done. This landlord is a slacker stay on his case.
